All of my sessions include breath awareness and energetic attunement, though how they are woven into the container depends on its length. 

In the 60-minute session, breathwork happens organically during the massage itself rather than as a separate opening, allowing the body to settle through touch, presence, and nervous system regulation. Because of the time constraint, this session does not include prostate care, as that work requires more spacious pacing and integration than a 60-minute container can support. The 75-minute session serves as a bridge between the 60 and 90 minutes, offering a bit more room to slow down and deepen, with the option for prostate care when appropriate. 

In the 90-minute session, we are able to move into greater depth, allowing breath to become more intentional and the energetic field to open further; chakra balancing may be included if it feels aligned. 

The two-hour session is a full somatic–tantric container, with dedicated time for precision breathwork, deeper energetic and chakra-based work when appropriate, and a level of presence and integration that allows the nervous system to fully soften and receive without rushing.
